1. Introduction

Welcome to eForm Seva ("Service"), a digital platform operated by One Shop Seva ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Service" refers to the eForm Seva digital form-filling platform accessible via our website and associated services.
• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid access plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Lifetime) to our premium services.
• "Content" includes all text, images, software, and other materials available through the Service.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital balance maintained by users for utilizing services on the platform.
• "Account Closure" means the termination of user access to the Service and associated features.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent

4. Service Description

eForm Seva provides a digital platform for:

• Filling forms electronically
• Auto-validation of form fields to reduce errors
• Multi-language support (Hindi, English, and regional languages)
• Step-by-step guidance for form completion
• Secure form submission capabilities

The Service is offered through various subscription plans as described on our website.

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a free trial allowing users to test 5 demo forms before subscribing. The free trial is subject to the following conditions:

• Limited to one trial per user/device
• No payment information required for trial
• Access to premium features may be limited during trial

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

eForm Seva offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: ₹60 per month
• Quarterly Plan: ₹150 every 3 months (save 17%)
• Half-Yearly Plan: ₹300 every 6 months (save 33%)
• Lifetime Plan: ₹500 one-time payment plus ₹51 annual KYC fee

5.1 Payment Terms

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We use third-party payment processors (Easebuzz) for secure transactions
• Automatic renewal for recurring plans unless canceled
• Lifetime plan users must pay an annual KYC verification fee of ₹51 to maintain account validity

5.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.

6. Account Management and Restrictions

6.1 Account Closure Restrictions

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Account closure requests are not permitted under normal circumstances
• The Company reserves the exclusive right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion
• Users cannot unilaterally terminate their accounts or demand account deletion
• In exceptional circumstances, account closure may be considered only with Company approval and may involve administrative fees

6.2 Wallet Balance and Usage Restrictions

Users understand and agree that:

• Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Funds added to the wallet cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred to other payment methods
• Wallet balances must be used exclusively for services available on the eForm Seva platform
• Unused wallet balances will remain in the account indefinitely for future service usage
• The Company is not liable for any loss of wallet balance due to account suspension or termination

6.3 Service-Only Usage Requirement

All payments, wallet balances, and credits must be utilized exclusively for:

• Active services currently offered on the eForm Seva platform
• Subscription renewals and service upgrades
• Additional form processing and related services
• No alternative usage, conversion, or redemption options are available

7. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree:

• To use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not to submit false or misleading information
• Not to attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Not to use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Not to resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
• To comply with all applicable government rules and requirements regarding form submissions
• To pay all applicable fees including annual KYC charges for lifetime plan users
• To acknowledge and accept all account and wallet restrictions as outlined in Section 6

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of One Shop Seva and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any information or data you submit through our forms ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to process and transmit this content to the intended recipients as part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 6.

For lifetime plan users, failure to pay the annual KYC fee may result in suspension of account access until payment is received.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall One Shop Seva, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Non-payment of required fees including annual KYC charges
• Inability to close account or withdraw wallet funds as per these Terms
• Forfeiture of wallet balance upon account termination

The Service is provided for convenience and guidance only. We do not guarantee form acceptance by government or private entities, as final approval is at their discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless One Shop Seva and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claims related to account closure restrictions or wallet balance usage

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for any user category, including but not limited to:

• Changes to subscription plans and pricing
• Introduction of new fees or charges
• Modification of service features or availability
• Updates to user obligations or requirements
• Changes to account closure and wallet policies

Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to users. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

In the event of any dispute regarding account closure, wallet balances, or service restrictions, the Company's decision shall be final and binding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and One Shop Seva regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
